We are working with a leading commercial law firm who is recruiting for a Team Leader to lead their national Business Support Services team and make a real impact.
The Role
You will lead a large team of Personal Assistants across the firm’s offices, acting as the essential bridge between Partners and the PA team. You’ll combine strong people leadership with operational drive to deliver outstanding support across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and develop the team with a genuine people-first approach – weekly 1:1s, objective setting, performance reviews and best-practice training
- Build close relationships with Partners to understand priorities, keep everyone on track and proactively support their needs
- Drive change management, streamline processes, introduce new systems and deliver performance improvements
- Handle reporting, data presentation, forecasting and budgeting
- Keep policies and procedures up to date while maintaining a positive, high-performing team culture

- Proven experience managing and leading a team (the bigger the better)
- Outstanding people skills – confident, supportive, fair and inclusive with real gravitas
- Excellent communicator who builds strong relationships at all levels
- Highly organised, proactive and able to manage change effectively
