Our client, a leading wealth management firm, is looking for a Senior Administrator to provide administrative support to investment service activities in an important area of the company.
You will be:
- Resolving client and investment administration queries
- Responsible for the opening processes for new clients
- Preparing any payment and transaction forms for investment managers
- Assisting with the new client account opening process as appropriate
- Presenting documents professionally and in an appropriate format for Investment Manager sign-off
- Interacting, responding, and resolving any client queries, and at times referring to senior members
- Developing professional relationships with clients, assisting and organising any meetings and preparation documentation
Your skills and qualifications:
- Able to effectively manage tasks to meet deadlines while maintaining high levels of accuracy
- Knowledge and interest of private client fund management
- Excellent analytical and numeracy skills
- Strong organisation skills
- Experience in Microsoft PowerPoint and other packages
- High quality written and verbal communication skills
- Computer literate
