Do you have proven experience leading or supervising teams in financial services operations within pensions? Our client, an award winning financial services firm, is seeking an Operations Manager to lead and manage the Transfers & Payments team (including SIPP & ISA Administration, New Monies, and AML & Onboarding processes).

  • Maintain deep understanding of regulatory, risk, and control requirements.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a team of Operations Executives, technical specialists and a small AML team (typically 8-13 direct/indirect reports).
  • Oversee the accurate and timely allocation, reconciliation, and application of all new monies, transfers (on and off platform), and payments in line with internal controls, SLAs, and regulatory standards.
  • Proven experience leading or supervising teams in financial services operations within pensions (SIPP).
  • Advanced Excel and data analytical skills for managing, tracking, and reporting on operational metrics.
