About the Role:
- Process a range of investment operations activities, including asset trading, trade settlement, trade confirmations, corporate actions, dividend processing, and asset onboarding.
- Perform transactional processing accurately and efficiently while ensuring service standards and customer outcomes are met.
- Execute key operational controls and undertake checks of critical processes to maintain accuracy, compliance, and risk management standards.
- Investigate and resolve operational queries and exceptions in a timely manner.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with external stakeholders, including banks, investment houses, fund managers, and other third-party providers.
- Support the continuous improvement of operational processes and controls to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
- Contribute to a collaborative team environment focused on delivering high-quality investment operations support.
