Our client, an award winning financial services firm, is looking for a proactive and motivated Investment Administrator to join their Operations Team.

This role is a great opportunity if you’re just starting out in the financial services industry, or if you’re looking to expand your knowledge, contribute to process improvements, and help deliver the best outcomes for clients.

Key responsibilities include:

• Processing client requests accurately and efficiently
• Supporting other teams across Operations when required
• Communicating with advisers to ensure accuracy and a first-time-right approach
• Identifying and suggesting improvements to processes and systems
• Investigating and resolving any issues that arise during transfers
• Managing transfers in and out from start to completion
• Liaising with advisers, fund managers, and other providers to ensure smooth transfer processes
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation
