Do you have experience in a fast paced administrative environment? Our client, a leading Claims organisation, is looking for a Claims Technician to provide essential administrative support to ensure the smooth and proactive management of insurance claims.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer new claims, including receiving instructions, issuing acknowledgements, and setting up files.
- Support Adjusters with investigations, validation enquiries, and report preparation.
- Manage claim lifecycles through effective diary control and proactive file handling.
- Oversee Adjuster caseloads during periods of leave.
- Act as a point of contact for insured parties, insurers, brokers, and other stakeholders.
- Produce accurate management information and performance reports.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, data protection, and information security standards.
- Handle incoming calls, resolve queries, and complete invoicing tasks.
- Provide account management and general administrative support as required.
About You
- Experience in a fast-paced office or administrative environment is essential.
- Insurance or loss adjusting experience is beneficial but not required.
- Highly organised, methodical, and detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
