About the Role:

  • Process a range of investment operations activities, including asset trading, trade settlement, trade confirmations, corporate actions, dividend processing, and asset onboarding.
  • Perform transactional processing accurately and efficiently while ensuring service standards and customer outcomes are met.
  • Execute key operational controls and undertake checks of critical processes to maintain accuracy, compliance, and risk management standards.
  • Investigate and resolve operational queries and exceptions in a timely manner.
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with external stakeholders, including banks, investment houses, fund managers, and other third-party providers.
  • Support the continuous improvement of operational processes and controls to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
  • Contribute to a collaborative team environment focused on delivering high-quality investment operations support.
