Your Role As a Senior Business Manager , you’ll play a pivotal role in: Lead our sales team to explore new opportunities, strengthening and expanding our client base to ensure continued success. Collaborate with our event staffing operational teams to ensure high quality delivery. Account Management, workforce planning, quoting, triggering client meeting, site visits, tender presentations and fine turning operations. Bringing strategic insight and business acumen to help shape our company’s future. Optimizing team performance, assist with the development a new venue department and contributing to a high-performing workplace culture. Implement HR policies aligned with organizational goals ensuring compliance with labour laws and UK employment regulations.
