The Role

A senior leadership position ideal for an experienced operations or staffing focused manager from a high-volume temporary labour or event background. You’ll be accountable for UK operations managing a growing head-office team, leading client workforce planning, service delivery and compliance. Reporting to the overseas-based owner and working closely with Sales and Staffing operations Managers, you’ll have the autonomy to drive results from day one.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead all aspects of temporary staffing operations, including recruitment, workforce supply and planning and post-event debriefs.
  • Client focused to ensure event teams are deployed efficiently, briefed, and performance-ready.
  • Partner with Sales and Ops teams to support the successful growth of client accounts and live activations.
  • Monitor profitability, performance metrics, and operational KPIs.
  • Represent Flair at executive-level client meetings, proposals, and strategic reviews.
  • Triage issues to deliver solutions throughout the business.
