What you’ll do?
- This role reports into our Staff UX Strategist and will be a key player in increasing our UX maturity and driving a better understanding of how important User Insight driven decisions are.
- Ensure we get the most robust and impactful insight from user research by balancing qualitative and quantitative methodologies.
- Set the delivery and maintenance of ongoing user research across Tribes, to enable Tribes to make business/product decisions, based on evidence & insights, to meet their OKRs.
- Work with key stakeholders across the organisation to drive client-centred thinking and insight within the organisation.
- Drive business cases for sub-function to enhance research capability and demonstrate ROI.
- Evolving our personas and driving other customer profiling techniques with stakeholders.
What you’ll bring?
- Expertise in User Centred Design, Usability, Information Architecture and Interaction Design.
- Experience in User Research, qual and quant, knowing how to collaborate with other functions for data & experimentation.
- Running research at a ‘programme’ level, having already mastered ‘studies’ in your career.
- Experience working in banking or other related regulated industry.
- Ideally experience running user research in an agile product environment, with domain knowledge in finance or another highly complex sector.
