What you’ll do:
- This role will play a key role in delivering our people strategy, bringing best practice and insights to drive an employee experience that delights.
- Reporting into the Head of People Operations, you will have a keen focus on aligning with a specific business unit to provide strategic HR support and guidance.
- You will contribute to our evolving centre of excellence model, owning key initiatives and projects that enhance our overall people operations delivery.
- This includes partnering with senior leaders to implement tailored HR solutions that drive business outcomes, foster a high-performance culture, and continuously improve processes through data-driven insights.
Specifically, you will:
- Act as a strategic partner to your specific business unit, working closely with senior leaders to understand their goals and challenges, and delivering HR solutions that align with the business objectives.
- Coach and support managers in your aligned business unit on all aspects of employee relations, helping to resolve issues in a way that mitigates risk and aligns with company culture.
- Own and lead on a number of strategic people projects, managing them end-to-end.
- Partner with the People senior management team to roll out core People initiatives, ensuring consistent implementation and alignment across the organisation.
- Provide leadership and guidance on HR best practices, driving a high-performance culture across the team and the business unit you partner with, and positively influencing company culture.
What you’ll bring:
- Proven experience in an HR Business Partnering within an Operations, Product Management or Tech space.
- Expertise in compensation and benefits, with a deep understanding of market trends and benchmarking.
- Strong people leadership and development skills, with experience managing HR professionals.
- Excellent employee relations, coaching, and performance management capabilities.
- An experienced and logical approach to project management, driving key initiatives to successful conclusion.
- Strong data-driven mindset, with experience using HR analytics to inform strategy and decision-making.
- In-depth knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices, with the ability to apply this to a growing, innovative company.
- Ability to work collaboratively with senior leaders, influencing and advising on strategic people issues.
