London
We\’re looking for a Product Manager / Lead Product Manager to become our first dedicated product hire — a foundational role with scope to shape the future of our product function. You’ll start by managing delivery across 2–3 small, cross-functional squads (3–4 engineers each), while working closely with the Director of Product Engineering, the COO, the CEO and senior leadership to define the way we work, the tools we use, and the roadmap we follow. For the right person, this role offers a clear pathway to Head of Product or even CPO.
About Us
Our aim is to become the leading global, multi-currency cash deposit and liquidity platform for CSPs and CIMs, combining a best-in-class user interface with personalised onboarding, investment products and cash management features to drive trust, efficiency, and adoption at scale.
While our parent company provides financial stability, we operate with full autonomy — shaping our own product vision, engineering processes, and delivery culture from the ground up.
We believe in lean thinking, fast feedback loops, and building high-quality software that solves real customer problems — and we ship to production multiple times a day.
What You’ll Do
- Own the end-to-end product delivery process — run agile/lean ceremonies, manage backlogs, remove blockers, and ensure the squads can ship efficiently and often.
- Establish and evolve our delivery framework — help define how we work: tools, rituals, documentation, feedback loops, and release hygiene.
- Maintain and communicate roadmaps — create compelling, realistic product roadmaps (initially ~6 months horizon), and ensure alignment with stakeholders.
- Champion fast feedback and iteration — bring clarity and urgency to learning what works, using product analytics, user feedback, and experimentation.
- Communicate openly — make sure that deviations from plan are communicated quickly and constructively, helping the team course-correct as we learn.
- Shape our product culture — embed lean product principles and continuous delivery practices into the DNA of the company.
- Influence at every level — regularly interface with the DoPE, COO, CEO, board and investors to represent product thinking and progress.
What You’ll Bring
- Experience running product delivery for multiple agile squads in a scale-up or early-stage business.
- A strong grasp of lean product principles and modern agile practices.
- Proven ability to manage and communicate product roadmaps in a fast-moving environment.
- A collaborative mindset — you work well with engineers, leadership, customers, and commercial teams alike.
- Ability to bring just enough structure, process and tooling to an evolving team — and the confidence to change them as you go.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with product analytics tools and using data to prioritise.
- A bias toward action and a clear sense of accountability.
- Comfortable working in a complex environment where priorities change rapidly and there are usually a number of things going on at any one time.
Our Current Tooling
- Azure cloud infrastructure
- Heap analytics
- Microsoft Teams and 365
- We’re open to evolving this stack — part of your role will be to assess and improve our toolchain as we grow.
Nice to Have
- Experience in fintech, regtech, or regulated environments
- Exposure to Microsoft-centric engineering environments
- Understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, or platform-as-a-product thinking
Why Join Us?
- We offer the autonomy and impact of an early-stage product role with the financial security of a stable parent company.
- You’ll be in early – we’re around 30 people at the moment and growing – so you’ll have a blank canvas to shape our product ways of working and the opportunity to scale a function around you.
- The work you do will directly shape our culture, roadmap, and success.
- We’re remote-first, transparent, lean, and we genuinely care about doing things the right way.
