As a Senior Product Designer, youâll work alongside a talented crossâfunctional team of designers, researchers, product managers, and business stakeholders, championing the user experience across multiple platforms. In this role, youâll also be involved in UX strategy and fostering a culture of design excellence.
What youâll do:
- Driving the user experience of our website, platform and internal systems.
- Mentoring junior members of the design team.
- Identifying opportunities to innovate and drive conversion, selfâserve and task efficiency.
- Evolving our design system and ensuring adherence to our design standards.
- Wireframing, prototyping and UI design using Figma and other tools.
- Analysing 'as is' user journeys and envisioning future journeys.
- Helping to drive best practice copy alongside content specialists.
- Working alongside our user researchers and data analysts to understand user needs and iterate your work, so it is free of usability issues.
- Working closely with Product Managers and Engineers to ensure requirements are understood and UIs are delivered to specification.
What youâll bring:
- An attitude to champion the needs of the user and want to involve them in the design process where possible.
- Experience designing complex workflows and UIs, web/mobile, and websites.
- Experience working with design systems, ideally in Figma.
- Some usability testing and/or user research experience.
- Adapting to feedback on your design work.
- Wellâdeveloped communication skills including influencing and effective communicating with technical and nonâtechnical stakeholders.
- Experience designing for financial services or banking products is preferred, particularly within customer onboarding flows (e.g. KYC, KYB, AML).
