You’re passionate about website optimisation, experimentation, and conversion, and you want to take the next step in your Product career by joining a scale up during a pivotal growth phase. You will be excited to shape how a product first team drives website performance, motivated by improving customer journeys, running structured experiments, and owning a channel that directly influences top level KPIs.

What you’ll do:

  • Own and prioritise the website backlog, ensuring clarity for internal teams and our third party agency.
  • Manage day to day website operations, including CMS updates and alignment with brand, content, and UX requirements.
  • Build and maintain a structured experimentation roadmap (A/B tests, optimisation, CRO initiatives etc.).
  • Write user stories, define requirements, and work with the third party and internal teams to deliver high quality website changes.
  • Ensure experiments never conflict, insights are statistically sound, and results lead to actionable improvements.
  • Work with stakeholders across Brand, Marketing and UX to understand requirements and turn them into a cohesive website strategy.
  • Keep a holistic view of all website touchpoints, ensuring consistency and measurable impact.

What you’ll bring:

  • Experience with conversion rate optimisation and an experimentation mindset.
  • Hands on experience running A/B tests (we use VWO).
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms (experience in Umbraco is desirable, but any CMS is transferable).
  • Ability to write user stories and translate requirements effectively.
  • Strong prioritisation skills and comfort managing a high volume of requests.
  • Experience of working with third party agencies and/or engineering teams.
  • Analytical, user centred thinking and approach.

Nice to haves:

  • Website management experience in a digital or product setting.
  • Knowledge of agile ways of working.
  • Exposure to product delivery or cross functional squads.
  • Experience in financial services or fintech (helpful but not required).
