Overview

What is Flagstone? Flagstone is an online savings platform that helps individuals, businesses, and charities manage, protect, and grow their cash. We are a diverse, collaborative, and purpose-driven team with a growing, profitable business where smart people do their best work. Our culture is our pride, and it's our competitive advantage.

A feel for our culture: To revolutionise the savings market, we strive for high performance through a culture of kindness, respect, and growth. We are building a diverse, inclusive community where voices are heard and valued, with close support and room to develop, so you can surpass your own expectations and be rewarded for it. We may not change the world, but we aim to change the world of financial technology through drive, talent, and empathy.

Enough about us. Let's talk about you.

Does this sound like you? You are a marketing-led growth leader who understands that the best acquisition strategies are built at the intersection of marketing, product, and finance. You are comfortable briefing campaigns, testing landing pages, or refining how the website converts. You bring structure to ambiguity, using data and insight to prioritise, and you are ready to take an ISA proposition from infancy to a significant driver of AUA.

Responsibilities

What you'll do: Growth at Flagstone is a squad-level discipline, not a single campaign or channel. This role owns it for our highest-value customer segment as Lead of the HNW Acquisition Squad, reporting to the Tribe Lead and taking ownership of three connected areas: the HNW proposition, the ISA growth ambitions, and the website that serves every audience.

  • HNW Acquisition
    • Bring together marketing, product, design and data expertise, plus input from other departments, to lead the HNW Acquisition Squad and deliver against its OKRs.
    • Drive growth through experimentation and test-and-learn optimisation across the full acquisition journey, from awareness through to conversion.
    • Represent HNW acquisition performance in leadership forums and regular business performance rituals.
    • Track market trends, competitor activity and platform developments relevant to HNW savers to inform squad priorities.
  • ISA Growth
    • Own the cross-functional roadmap that takes the ISA proposition from infancy to a significant driver of AUA.
    • Build data-driven roadmaps aligned to squad OKRs, using performance data and insight to shape priorities, sequencing and investment.
    • Partner with Product and FP&A to turn Tribe-level OKRs into an executable squad roadmap that balances commercial ambition with delivery capacity.
    • Monitor platform developments and competitor activity relevant to the ISA market to inform squad priorities.
  • Website
    • Take ownership of the website's performance and role across all audiences, ensuring strategy, structure and content work for every customer segment, not just HNW.
    • Deliver against the organic visibility strategy for the website.

Qualifications

What you'll bring:

  • A strong background in growth, marketing or acquisition, having led a squad or team within a cross-functional or agile setup, not just played a supporting role.
  • Real ownership of data-driven roadmaps against OKRs, with genuine commercial accountability for the growth outcomes you've delivered.
  • Sharp strategic thinking, able to turn Tribe-level priorities into a squad plan that actually gets delivered.
  • A test-and-learn mindset, energised by experimentation and comfortable driving it across the full acquisition journey.
  • Sharp analytical instincts, confident using data and insight to decide what to prioritise, sequence and invest in.
  • A track record of driving cross-sell and deepening existing customer relationships.
  • Strong stakeholder skills, building trusted relationships across functions and representing squad performance in leadership forums.
  • Commercial sharpness with a clear grip on unit economics and how squad delivery feeds into AUA and business outcomes.
  • Ideally, experience in a regulated financial services environment, particularly savings or investment products.

Backgrounds we're interested in: We're deliberately open on background for this role. Whether you've come up through growth marketing, product, or a broader commercial or acquisition path, what matters is owning outcomes, leading teams through ambiguity, and turning data into decisions. If your profile doesn't tick every box but the role sounds right, please apply anyway.

How we reward you: We offer benefits that invest in your health, wealth, and professional development. Here's a selection of our benefits:

  • Hybrid working - spend at least 1 day a week with your team in our collaborative London office.
  • Competitive bonus scheme - designed to reward and recognise high performance.
  • Flexible benefits budget - a pot to fund meaningful benefits.
  • A range of salary sacrifice options to help you save on electric cars, nursery schemes, home and tech goods.
  • Around the World scheme - 3 months work from anywhere.
  • Mental wellbeing support - access therapy and mental health sessions.
  • Learning and development - £1,000 personal development budget.
  • Private health care - AXA benefits, gym discounts, and medical history disregarded.
  • Medical cash plan - help with dental and optical expenses.
  • Life insurance and Income Protection - four times your annual salary.
  • Matched pension contributions up to 5%.
  • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, well-being days and volunteering days.
  • Enhanced Parental Leave - enhanced maternity, paternity and adoption pay.

All are welcome. At Flagstone, we're assembling a diverse team that defies industry norms. If this role could suit you, we encourage you to apply, regardless of background.
