  • Defining product goals & OKRs within the Transactions space, regularly measuring, and efficiently communicating to stakeholders bringing them on the product journey with you.
  • Working closely with cross-functional teams across UX, Tech, Operations, Brand and Banking to define the product roadmap for your tribe, prioritising features to maximise the experience of our clients and business.
  • Collaborating with engineering teams to deliver best in class solutions, using the latest payments technologies, that meet the needs of our clients.
  • Working as part of an Agile sprint team to deliver value early and often.

  • Driving improvements to how we successfully build better products at scale, leading by example in product operations across the function.
  • Being the voice and champion of the end user, putting them at the forefront of design and decision making.
  • Working closely with stakeholders to define and own a clear product strategy for your tribe, to achieve clearly defined goals and enable the organisation to grow at scale.
  • Managing a team of Product Managers, helping coach and support them in their career development as well as their day to day activities.

What you’ll bring:

  • An expertise in payments and reconciliations within a banking/financial services environment.
  • Experience working in a cross functional team with a variety of internal and external stakeholders, up to senior management/C-suite level.
  • Deep understanding of the Agile product development lifecycle, including product strategy development, user story writing, requirements definition, backlog prioritisation, QA, release and iteration.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment, with a proactive attitude to learning in a new and upcoming space.
  • Excellent analytical skills to translate feedback and analysis into actionable opportunities.
