Flagstone is many things. An online savings platform, reinventing how individuals, businesses, and charities manage, protect, and grow their cash. A diverse group of people, bound by a collaborative spirit, and shared purpose. And lastly, a thriving, profitable business – where smart people do their best work.

Each definition shares a common thread: our unique culture. It’s our pride and joy. And our competitive advantage.

A feel for our culture: To revolutionise the savings market, we need to be at our best. But high performance takes more than talent – it takes a culture of kindness, respect, and growth. That’s why we’re building a diverse, inclusive community, where your voice is heard and valued. Where, with close support and room to develop, you can surpass even your own expectations. And be rewarded for it.

The opportunity: We are expanding our field based Account Relationship Manager team to deepen our presence with the advisers within one of the UK's largest national wealth networks, a long-standing strategic partner of Flagstone. This is a dedicated field based role focused on a single network of advisers operating under a corporate distribution agreement, and you'll be helping shape how we engage this network at regional level.

The Role: Flagstone works in close commercial partnership with some of the UK's largest wealth networks, supporting their advisers in placing client cash through our platform. This role is dedicated to one of those strategic network partnerships, a corporate distribution agreement giving a national network of advisers access to Flagstone to refer their clients' cash.

This is both a sales and a relationship role. You will be proactively visiting advisers across your regional territory, educating them on the Flagstone proposition, encouraging and enabling them to refer their clients, and ensuring that any barriers to referral are identified and removed. At the same time, you will be the first point of contact when advisers have queries or need support. Because the partner network operates under a single corporate agreement with Flagstone, the role also requires you to work credibly within the commercial and regulatory framework that governs that relationship.

What you'll be doing: You’ll be part of a national field team of Account Relationship Managers, reporting into a Relationships Team Lead. You’ll work closely with your team lead on territory strategy, pipeline reviews and joint field visits. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Own a defined regional portfolio of advisers within the partner network based in North England and Scotland, taking personal responsibility for the depth of engagement and the volume and quality of referrals generated.
  • Spend the substantial majority of your time in the field, visiting advisers in their offices and practices, attending regional network events, and building face-to-face relationships that drive consistent referral behaviour.
  • Proactively reach out to advisers who are registered but not yet actively referring, understanding what is holding them back and working to unlock their activity.
  • Work to deepen engagement with active advisers, helping them identify more of their clients who could benefit from the Flagstone platform.
  • Deliver clear, confident and compelling presentations of the Flagstone proposition to advisers, individually and in group settings.
  • Keep advisers up to date with product developments, platform enhancements, and any changes to how Flagstone operates within the network's framework.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of how advisers operate under a corporate distribution agreement work – the products they are permitted to recommend, the regulatory framework that governs them, and how Flagstone fits within it.
  • Use insight from adviser conversations to feedback objections, platform friction points, or proposition gaps that are limiting referral activity.
  • Act as a knowledgeable and responsive point of contact for advisers when they have questions about Flagstone, the referral process, or platform features.
  • Resolve queries with pace and accuracy, always closing the loop with the adviser.
  • Support advisers through the onboarding of referred clients, ensuring any friction is addressed quickly.
  • Maintain a clear and current picture of your regional pipeline, tracking adviser engagement levels, referral volumes and conversion activity.
  • Report regularly to the Relationships Team Lead on the health of your region: what is working, where the opportunities are, and where support is needed.

What You'll Bring: Field Sales & Relationship Management Experience in a field-based sales or relationship management role, with a proven track record of building trusted relationships face to face and converting engagement into commercial outcomes. Genuine comfort being out in the field every day – you need to be energized by travel, variety, and in-person interaction. The personal presence and communication skills to represent Flagstone confidently in front of financial advisers and wealth professionals, one-to-one or in a group setting. A solid understanding of the UK financial advice market, including the differences between independent, restricted and network advisers, and how cash management fits within an adviser's wider client proposition. Experience working with, or selling into, a large adviser network, national wealth managers, IFA consolidators, or platforms operating under a corporate distribution agreement is highly desirable. Familiarity with the dynamics of a corporate distribution partnership – including how head-office relationships interact with adviser-level activity, is also an advantage. Sufficient financial literacy to have credible conversations about cash, interest rates, FSCS protection and multi-bank diversification.

Commercial Drive & Self-Direction: A commercially motivated self-starter who takes personal ownership of regional performance and does not wait to be told where to focus. Organised and disciplined in how you manage your territory: you plan your time, track your pipeline and follow up consistently. Comfortable working autonomously while operating as part of a national team, sharing insight, raising issues early, and contributing to how the function evolves.

How we reward you: At Flagstone, the benefits extend beyond false gifts like “fruit and snacks”. Instead, we invest in your health, wealth and professional development. Here’s a selection of our benefits:

  • Competitive bonus scheme – designed to reward and recognise high performance.
  • Flexible benefits budget – a pot to fund meaningful benefits for you, whether it’s hormone or fertility testing, cancer screening, neuro‑diversity coaching or something that matters for you.
  • A range of salary sacrifice options to help you make tax‑efficient savings on electric cars, nursery schemes, home and tech goods.
  • Around the World scheme – 3 months work from anywhere scheme.
  • Mental wellbeing support – access therapy and mental health sessions through Spill.
  • Learning and development – £1,000 personal development budget to help you grow in your role.
  • Private health care – enjoy all the benefits AXA has to offer, including reduced gym memberships and medical history disregarded.
  • Medical cash plan – to help you with the costs of dental and optical expenses.
  • Life insurance and Income Protection – four times your annual salary for peace of mind.
  • Matched pension contributions up to 5%.
  • 25 days holiday – plus bank holidays, well‑being days and volunteering days.
  • Enhanced Parental Leave – enhanced maternity, paternity and adoption pay.

All are welcome. At Flagstone, we’re assembling a diverse team that defies our industry’s norms. Think this role could suit you? We encourage you to apply, no matter your background.
