Flagstone is an online savings platform, reinventing how individuals, businesses, and charities manage, protect, and grow their cash. We are a diverse group of people, bound by a collaborative spirit and shared purpose, and we take pride in our unique culture.

To revolutionise the savings market, we need to be at our best. High performance takes more than talent; it requires a culture of kindness, respect, and growth. We are building a diverse, inclusive community where your voice is heard and valued. With close support and room to develop, you can surpass even your own expectations and be rewarded for it.

As a Product Manager in our Growth tribe, you’ll take full ownership of the Flagstone website, our primary lead generation channel, feeding directly into business growth. You’ll ensure that changes are strategic, experimentation is consistent, and the site remains optimised and cohesive as new requests arrive from across the organisation. This will be based on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract.

  • Own and prioritise the website backlog, ensuring clarity for internal teams and our third‑party agency.
  • Manage day‑to‑day website operations, including CMS updates and alignment with brand, content, and UX requirements.
  • Build and maintain a structured experimentation roadmap (A/B tests, optimisation, CRO initiatives, etc.).
  • Write user stories, define requirements, and work with the third party and internal teams to deliver high‑quality website changes.
  • Ensure experiments don’t conflict, insights are statistically sound, and results lead to actionable improvements.
  • Work with stakeholders across Brand, Marketing and UX to understand requirements and turn them into a cohesive website strategy.
  • Keep a holistic view of all website touchpoints, ensuring consistency and measurable impact.

What you’ll bring:

  • Experience with conversion rate optimisation and an experimentation mindset.
  • Hands‑on experience running A/B tests (we use VWO).
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms (experience in Umbraco is desirable, but any CMS is transferable).
  • Ability to write user stories and translate requirements effectively.
  • Strong prioritisation skills and comfort managing a high volume of requests.
  • Experience of working with third‑party agencies and/or engineering teams.
  • Analytical, user‑centred thinking and approach.

Nice to haves:

  • Website management experience in a digital or product setting.
  • Knowledge of agile ways of working.
  • Exposure to product delivery or cross‑functional squads.
  • Experience in financial services or fintech (helpful but not required).

How we reward you:

  • Hybrid working – spend at least 1 day a week with your team in our collaborative London office.
  • Competitive bonus scheme – designed to reward and recognise high performance.
  • Flexible benefits budget – a pot to fund meaningful benefits for you.
  • A range of salary sacrifice options to help you make tax‑efficient savings.
  • Around the World scheme – 3 months work from anywhere scheme.
  • Mental wellbeing support – access therapy and mental health sessions through Spill.
  • Learning and development – £1,000 personal development budget to help you grow in your role.
  • Private health care – enjoy all the benefits AXA has to offer.
  • Medical cash plan – to help you with the costs of dental and optical expenses.
  • Life insurance and income protection – four times your annual salary for peace of mind.
  • Matched pension contributions up to 5%.
  • 25 days holiday – plus bank holidays, well‑being days and volunteering days.
  • Enhanced parental leave – enhanced maternity, paternity and adoption pay.

At Flagstone, we’re assembling a diverse team that defies our industry’s norms. We encourage you to apply, no matter your background.
