What You'll Be Doing

  • Proactive Partner Engagement & Development: Own your territory of IFA firms and wealth managers, taking personal responsibility for the breadth and depth of engagement and the referral activity it generates. • Reactive Support & Partner Feedback: Act as a knowledgeable and responsive point of contact for partner firms when they have questions about Flagstone, the referral process, or platform features. Resolve queries with pace and accuracy, always closing the loop with the adviser. Capture and communicate market intelligence from IFA firms back into Flagstone, ensuring competitive insights are considered. Feed adviser feedback directly into product development to improve platform relevance.
  • Pipeline & Performance: Maintain a clear and current picture of the regional pipeline through tracking firm engagement levels, referral volumes, and conversion activity. Report regularly to the Relationships Team Lead on the health of the territory, highlighting successes, opportunities, and support needs.

Comfortable with extensive travel and independent territory management, energized by variety and autonomy. Strong presence and communication skills to represent Flagstone confidently before independent financial advisers, wealth managers, and compliance officers.
  • Financial Services Knowledge: Solid understanding of the IFA and wealth manager market structure, adviser recommendation processes, and cash management within financial plans. Financial literacy sufficient to discuss cash, interest rates, FSCS protection, and multi-bank diversification credibly.
  • Commercial Drive & Self-Direction: Commercially motivated self-starter who owns regional performance and manages diary and territory plan. Organised and disciplined in managing a complex regional portfolio: plans visits, tracks pipeline, and follows up consistently across many relationships simultaneously.
