What you’ll do:
- Run the London office, keeping it organised, welcoming, and reflective of our culture
- Manage office supplies, vendors, contractors, and workplace logistics to ensure smooth operations
- Lead workplace projects, including office moves, refurbishments, and space optimisations
- Own health & safety standards, policies, and training, addressing risks proactively
- Be the first point of contact for visitors, deliveries, and workplace queries
- Plan and deliver company events, All-Hands meetings, milestone celebrations, and team socials
- Drive cultural initiatives, including DEI, CSR, community building, and engagement activities
- Partner with the People Team to maintain a consistent and exceptional employee experience
- Use feedback to improve morale, connection, and inclusion across the business
- Support ad-hoc projects and initiatives where needed

- Proven experience in an Office or Workplace Experience Manager role, with responsibility for suppliers, budgets, and logistics
