What is Flagstone?
Flagstone is many things.
An online savings platform, reinventing how individuals, businesses, and charities manage, protect, and grow their cash.
A diverse group of people, bound by a collaborative spirit, and shared purpose.
And lastly, a thriving, profitable business - where smart people do their best work.
Each definition shares a common thread: our unique culture. It's our pride and joy. And our competitive advantage.
A feel for our culture
To revolutionise the savings market, we need to be at our best. But high performance takes more than talent - it takes a culture of kindness, respect, and growth.
That's why we're building a diverse, inclusive community, where your voice is heard and valued.
Where, with close support and room to develop, you can surpass even your own expectations.
And be rewarded for it.
We may not change the world, but we can change the world of financial technology. And all it takes is a winning mix of drive, talent, and empathy. Our culture celebrates all three.
But enough about us. Let's talk about you.
Does this sound like you?
You're a marketing led growth leader who gets that the best acquisition strategies don't sit in a marketing plan alone, they get built at the intersection of marketing, product, and finance.
You're as comfortable briefing a campaign, testing a new landing page, or reworking how the website converts.
You bring structure to ambiguity, using data and insight to work out what to prioritise and you're ready to take an ISA proposition from its infancy to becoming a significant driver of AUA.
What you'll do
Growth at Flagstone isn't a single campaign or a single channel, it's a squad-level discipline, and this role owns it for our highest-value customer segment.
As Lead of the HNW Acquisition Squad, you'll report to your Tribe Lead and take ownership of three connected areas: our HNW proposition, our ISA growth ambitions, and the website that serves every audience.
- HNW Acquisition
- Bring together marketing, product, design and data expertise, plus input from other departments, to lead the HNW Acquisition Squad and deliver against its OKRs
- Drive growth through experimentation and test-and-learn optimisation across the full acquisition journey, from awareness through to conversion
- Represent HNW acquisition performance in leadership forums and regular business performance rituals
- Track market trends, competitor activity and platform developments relevant to HNW savers to inform squad priorities
- ISA Growth
- Own the cross-functional roadmap that takes the ISA proposition from infancy to a significant driver of AUA
- Build data-driven roadmaps aligned to squad OKRs, using performance data and insight to shape priorities, sequencing and investment
- Partner with Product and FP&A to turn Tribe-level OKRs into an executable squad roadmap that balances commercial ambition with delivery capacity
- Monitor platform developments and competitor activity relevant to the ISA market to inform squad priorities
- Website
- Take ownership of the website's performance and role across all audiences, ensuring strategy, structure and content work for every customer segment, not HNW alone
- Deliver against the organic visibility strategy for the website
- What you'll bring
- A strong background in growth, marketing or acquisition, having led a squad or team within a cross-functional or agile setup, not just played a supporting role in one
- Real ownership of data-driven roadmaps against OKRs, with genuine commercial accountability for the growth outcomes you've delivered
- Sharp strategic thinking, able to turn Tribe-level priorities into a squad plan that actually gets delivered
- A test-and-learn mindset, energised by experimentation and comfortable driving it across the full acquisition journey
- Sharp analytical instincts, confident using data and insight to decide what to prioritise, sequence and invest in
- A track record of driving cross-sell, spotting and converting opportunities to deepen existing customer relationships
- Strong stakeholder skills, building trusted relationships across functions and representing squad performance in leadership forums
- Commercial sharpness, with a clear grip on unit economics and how squad delivery feeds into AUA and business outcomes
- Ideally, experience in a regulated financial services environment, particularly savings or investment products
- Backgrounds we're interested in
We're deliberately open on background for this one.
Whether you've come up through growth marketing, product, or a broader commercial or acquisition path, what matters is that you've owned outcomes, led teams through ambiguity, and know how to turn data into decisions.
