Flagstone is seeking a hands-on Engineering Lead to run the Banks squad on the Bank Portal, a full-stack environment (.NET backend, React/TypeScript frontend) in a regulated, data-sensitive setting. You’ll own the squad's direction and quarterly roadmap, driving the commercial features built on the migrated foundation while maintaining stability and compliance.
You’ll be the final escalation point for decisions, mentor engineers, and work across the tribe to align standards and planning.
