As a mid-level Business Analyst with hands-on experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder management, you are curious, confident, and not afraid to ask the awkward questions. You have a solid grounding in change management and risk governance, thriving in fast-moving, collaborative environments.
This is a 12-month fixed-term contract.
What you’ll do:
- Conduct high-quality business analysis to accelerate and unblock strategic change initiatives.
- Gather and document requirements to ensure the end result meets real user and business needs.
- Design and map processes, turning complexity into something simple and scalable.
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder sessions to drive decisions and keep things moving.
- Support change readiness, including training and risk mitigation planning.
- Ensure changes align with Risk & Compliance policies.
- Work closely with Product and Engineering to deliver joined-up outcomes.
What you’ll bring:
- Hands-on experience across requirements gathering, process design, and stakeholder management.
- Comfortable working across the full change delivery lifecycle, from initial analysis through to delivery and change readiness.
- Experience of working in Agile environments, knowing how to work iteratively and adapt quickly.
- Process design and requirements analysis skills.
- A self-starter mentality, comfortable planning and managing your own workload.
- Prioritisation skills, managing multiple workstreams and demands.
- Professional courage to question a brief and push back when necessary.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
- Clear communication, both written and verbal.
- A relevant certification is a plus (e.g. BCS BA Diploma, Six Sigma, IIBA, APM).
