The opportunity involves expanding our field-based Account Relationship Manager team to deepen our presence with advisers within one of the UK's largest national wealth networks, a long-standing strategic partner of Flagstone. This dedicated field-based role focuses on a single network of advisers operating under a corporate distribution agreement, helping shape how we engage this network at a regional level.

The Role includes working in close commercial partnership with some of the UK's largest wealth networks, supporting their advisers in placing client cash through our platform. This role is both a sales and a relationship role, involving proactive visits to advisers across your regional territory, educating them on the Flagstone proposition, encouraging referrals, and ensuring any barriers to referral are identified and removed.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Proactive Adviser Engagement: Own a defined regional portfolio of advisers, taking personal responsibility for engagement and referral quality. Spend the majority of your time in the field, visiting advisers, attending events, and building relationships.
  • Proposition Training & Education: Deliver clear presentations of the Flagstone proposition, keep advisers updated with product developments, and develop a thorough understanding of the corporate distribution agreement.
  • Reactive Support & Pipeline Management: Act as a knowledgeable point of contact for advisers, resolve queries, support onboarding of referred clients, and maintain a clear picture of your regional pipeline.

What You'll Bring:

  • Field Sales & Relationship Management: Experience in a field-based sales or relationship management role with a proven track record of building trusted relationships.
  • Financial Services Knowledge: A solid understanding of the UK financial advice market and experience working with large adviser networks.
  • Commercial Drive & Self-Direction: A commercially motivated self-starter who takes ownership of regional performance and manages territory effectively.
