An online savings platform, reinventing how individuals, businesses, and charities manage, protect, and grow their cash. High performance takes more than talent – it takes a culture of kindness, respect, and growth. We’re building a diverse, inclusive community, where your voice is heard and valued. The native mobile app is an important growth area for us, and we're looking for a product manager to lead the squad through an intensive period of building.
This is a senior product manager role, hands-on with real ownership. You'll report to the Group Product Manager and work closely with both the Group Product Manager and the Tribe Lead on wider tribe strategy, but the direction of the mobile app is yours to shape and deliver.
- Lead product discovery: validate problems with data and research, scope solutions, and connect what you build to measurable outcomes.
- Own delivery end to end for the squad, shipping small and often so we learn quickly and improvements land reliably through the app stores.
- Provide product leadership to the squad: set the standard for how you work, run retrospectives and experiments, and keep raising the bar on quality.
- Analyse in-app journeys from a data perspective to find where they fall short and prove the impact of what you launch.
- Work with Compliance, content designers, data analysts and go-to-market experts so that what you ship is compliant, well made, evidence-led and ready for clients.
At least 3-5 years in product management, including experience leading a squad or owning a product area end to end.
- Hands-on experience shipping native mobile app features on iOS and/or Android, including app store release cycles.
- A strong track record in product discovery and strategy: turning customer and market insight into a roadmap, and validating problems before building.
- A strong grounding in data, comfortable digging into funnel and journey data to find problems and prove impact.
- Backlog management, prioritisation, and writing epics, features and user stories.
- Comfortable working in a regulated financial services environment.
- A FinTech or financial services background.
- Experience with mobile engagement mechanics like push notifications, in-app messaging and CRM-triggered comms.
- Experience using AI tools to speed up the product development lifecycle.
Instead, we invest in your health, wealth, and professional development. Hybrid working - Spend at least 1 day a week with your team in our collaborative London office.
- Competitive bonus scheme - designed to reward and recognise high performance.
- Flexible benefits budget - a pot to fund meaningful benefits for you, whether it's hormone or fertility testing, cancer screening, neuro-diversity coaching or something that matters for you.
- A range of salary sacrifice options to help you make tax efficient savings on electric cars, nursery schemes, home and tech goods.
- Mental wellbeing support – Access therapy and mental health sessions through Spill.
- Learning and development – £1,000 personal development budget to help you grow in your role.
- Private health care - Enjoy all the benefits AXA has to offer, including reduced gym memberships and medical history disregarded.
- Medical cash plan - To help you with the costs of dental and optical expenses.
- Life insurance and Income Protection- four times your annual salary for peace of mind.
- Matched pension contributions up to 5%.
- 25 days holiday - plus bank holidays, well-being days and volunteering days.
- Enhanced Parental Leave – enhanced maternity, paternity and adoption pay.
