Does this sound like you? You're a mid-level Business Analyst with hands-on experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder management. You're curious, confident, and not afraid to ask the awkward questions. You have a solid grounding in change management and risk governance, and you know how to deliver in environments where both matter. You thrive in fast-moving, collaborative environments and are energised by the prospect of joining a fintech scale-up where your analysis directly shapes how the business grows and changes.

  • Facilitate workshops and stakeholder sessions to drive decisions and keep things moving
  • Support change readiness, including training and risk mitigation planning
  • Ensure changes land in line with Risk & Compliance policies
  • Work closely with Product and Engineering to deliver joined up outcomes

What you’ll bring:

  • Hands-on experience across requirements gathering, process design, and stakeholder management
  • Comfortable working across the full change delivery lifecycle, from initial analysis through to delivery and change readiness
  • Experience of working in Agile environments, knowing how to work iteratively and adapt quickly
  • Process design and requirements analysis skills
  • A self-starter mentality, comfortable planning and managing your own workload
  • Prioritisation skills, managing multiple workstreams and demands
  • Professional courage to question a brief and push back when necessary
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and facilitation skills
  • Clear communication, both written and verbal
  • A relevant certification is a plus (e.g. BCS BA Diploma, Six Sigma, IIBA, APM)

Backgrounds we're interested in:

We'd love to hear from people who have worked in a similar sized organisation and are comfortable working with ambiguity and fast pace of change delivery. Experience in fintech, financial services, or another regulated industry would be an advantage.

How we reward you:

  • Hybrid working - spend at least 1 day a week with your team in our collaborative London office
  • Mental wellbeing support - access therapy and mental health sessions through Spill
  • Private health care - enjoy all the benefits AXA has to offer
  • Medical cash plan - to help with dental and optical expenses
  • Life insurance and Income Protection - four times your annual salary
  • Matched pension contributions up to 5%
