Flagstone is an online savings platform, reinventing how individuals, businesses, and charities manage, protect, and grow their cash. We are expanding our field-based Account Relationship Manager team to deepen our presence with the advisers within one of the UK's largest national wealth networks, a long-standing strategic partner of Flagstone.

This role is dedicated to one of those strategic network partnerships, a corporate distribution agreement giving a national network of advisers access to Flagstone to refer their clients' cash. This is both a sales and a relationship role. You will be proactively visiting advisers across your regional territory, educating them on the Flagstone proposition, encouraging and enabling them to refer their clients, and ensuring that any barriers to referral are identified and removed.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Proactive Adviser Engagement: Own a defined regional portfolio of advisers within the partner network based in North England and Scotland, taking personal responsibility for the depth of engagement and the volume and quality of referrals generated.
  • Proposition Training & Education: Deliver clear, confident and compelling presentations of the Flagstone proposition to advisers, individually and in group settings.
  • Reactive Support & Pipeline Management: Act as a knowledgeable and responsive point of contact for advisers when they have questions about Flagstone, the referral process, or platform features.

What You'll Bring:

  • Field Sales & Relationship Management: Experience in a field-based sales or relationship management role, with a proven track record of building trusted relationships face to face and converting engagement into commercial outcomes.
  • Financial Services Knowledge: A solid understanding of the UK financial advice market, including the differences between independent, restricted and network advisers.
  • Commercial Drive & Self-Direction: A commercially motivated self-starter who takes personal ownership of regional performance and does not wait to be told where to focus.

How we reward you:

  • Competitive bonus scheme - designed to reward and recognise high performance.
  • Flexible benefits budget - a pot to fund meaningful benefits for you.
  • Mental wellbeing support – Access therapy and mental health sessions through Spill.
  • Learning and development – £1,000 personal development budget to help you grow in your role.
  • Private health care - Enjoy all the benefits AXA has to offer.
  • 25 days holiday - plus bank holidays, well-being days and volunteering days.

All are welcome. At Flagstone, we’re assembling a diverse team that defies our industry’s norms. Think this role could suit you? We encourage you to apply, no matter your background.
