Does this sound like you?

  • You’ve run month-end, the balance sheet, and financial controls end to end, and you know what good controls look like in both complex and fast-growing environments.
  • You stay calm under pressure, explain finance simply to people outside it, and you’re always looking for smarter, more automated ways of working.

What you'll do:

  • Ensure direct-to-consumer and business revenue is recorded accurately.
  • Manage daily cash and liquidity monitoring.
  • Own financial controls that fit our scale and regulatory environment.
  • Prepare for the annual statutory audit and deliver VAT returns, tax compliance, Companies House filings, and HMRC reporting.
  • Ensure monthly payroll and benefits are processed accurately.
  • Work closely with teams across the business.
  • Deputise for the Finance Director and support the team during peak periods.
  • Use automation and AI to shorten the close and reduce manual work.

What you'll bring:

  • ACA or ACCA qualified, with solid post-qualified experience.

  • Experience in a complex environment with good controls discipline.
  • Experience with a modern cloud ERP system.

  • Strong organisation skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Clear, direct communication that builds trusted relationships.
  • An empathetic, approachable style.
  • Resilience through month-end, audit, and shifting priorities.
  • Ownership of outcomes and sound judgement.
  • Direct-to-consumer experience is helpful but not essential.

How we reward you:

  • Hybrid working - Spend at least 1 day a week with your team in our collaborative London office.
  • Competitive bonus scheme designed to reward high performance.
  • Flexible benefits budget for meaningful benefits.
  • A range of salary sacrifice options for tax-efficient savings.
