The Sales Admin Executive will contribute to the delivery of the customer-facing sales strategy (including telephony, major accounts and supporting web queries). This role supports the Sales function by assisting Business Development Managers (BDMs) and the wider leadership team. You will play a key part in delivering excellent customer service by providing necessary sales materials, directing queries to the appropriate teams, and managing the general inbox with professionalism and efficiency.
Your responsibilities will include:
- BDM Inbox: Ensure the BDM inbox is maintained daily and respond to all queries on the same day.
- Missed calls and voicemails: Monitor and call back all missed calls within 2 hours.
- Communication: Maintain high quality of written and verbal communication with external partners, clients, and internally.
- Function growth: Provide front-line insight to assist the BDMs daily.
- Illustrations: Assist the BDMs in creating illustrations for clients.
- Tasks: Ensure timely response to all tasks created for the function.
- Case management: Ensure all cases and leads are allocated and created within the SLAs set by the function.
- Satisfaction scores: Maintain high trust pilot scores and minimise complaints.
- Training: Assist team leads with training of new BDMs.
- CAR reporting: Update confluence with daily CAR rates.
