What you’ll do: As a Data Analyst, you’ll deliver real value by designing and building complex, scalable data solutions. Acting as a bridge between the business and the data team, you’ll help ensure insights are trusted, actionable and widely used. This will include:
- Applying your experience and knowledge to improve the sophistication of our business intelligence and the insights we generate
- Playing a visible role within the data community, helping to build and nurture an excellent data culture across the wider business
- Delivering actionable insights and detailed reporting to optimise our products and accelerate growth
- Applying quantitative and mathematical modelling to forecasting, experimentation, and A/B test performance
What you’ll bring: Excitement about working in a scale up environment, with a proactive and curious approach to learning. Experience in Data Analytics or Data Science. Excellent knowledge of applied statistical modelling and analytical techniques. Significant experience building Power BI solutions. Fluency in SQL. Experience with Python, JavaScript, or similar languages. Knowledge of data governance and quality standards (Purview or similar tools a plus). Great stakeholder management and communication skills.
