You’re an experienced Senior Salesforce Administrator, excited to forge a new way to save.
What you’ll do:
- Contributing to and gathering requirements for improvements to the system
- Creating Custom Objects in Salesforce and relating them using Lookup and Master Detail relationships
- Using Salesforce Workflows, Process Builders and Flows to automate manual tasks
- Creating reports and dashboards in Salesforce and auditing the data quality
- Using data integration tools from the AppExchange
- Managing the sandbox environments
- Contributing to the overall CRM strategy and Salesforce functionality strategy
What you’ll bring:
- 8+ years’ experience managing a Salesforce implementation
- 3 years’ experience specifically on SF Service Cloud
- 3+ years’ experience using Pardot/Marketing Cloud
- Commercial experience of data and data structure
- Experience of implementing marketing automation
- Strong analytical skills
