Each definition shares a common thread: our unique culture. It’s our pride and joy. And our competitive advantage.

A feel for our culture: To revolutionise the savings market, we need to be at our best. But high performance takes more than talent – it takes a culture of kindness, respect, and growth. That’s why we’re building a diverse, inclusive community, where your voice is heard and valued. Where, with close support and room to develop, you can surpass even your own expectations. And be rewarded for it. We may not change the world, but we can change the world of financial technology. And all it takes is a winning mix of drive, talent, and empathy. Our culture celebrates all three.

But enough about us. Let’s talk about you. Does this sound like you? A passionate Group Product Manager who has a wealth of experience in driving customer satisfaction. You put customers at the forefront of your decisions, are outcome-focused and excited about the future of fintech.

What you’ll do:

  • Work closely with stakeholders to define and own a clear product strategy for your tribe, to achieve clearly defined goals and enable the organisation to grow at scale, whilst delighting our customers.
  • Define product goals & OKR’s within the transactions space, regularly measuring, and efficiently communicating to stakeholders bringing them on the product journey with you.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams across UX, Tech, Operations, Brand and Banking to define the product roadmap for your tribe, prioritising features to maximise the experience of our clients and business.
  • Collaborate with development teams to deliver first in class solutions – translating needs and requirements into real world products.
  • Work as part of an agile sprint team to deliver value early and often.
  • Manage the product backlog to establish clear priorities and focus for the sprint team, as well as holding others to account in demonstrating best practices in product management.
  • Drive improvements to how we successfully build better products at scale, leading by example in product operations across the function.
  • Provide support to a team of Product Managers, directly reporting into you - helping coach and support them in their career development as well as their day-to-day activities.
  • Enable product excellence across the tribe and wider function by implementing best practice processes and collaboration.
  • Establish yourself as a leader within the Engagement tribe.

What you’ll bring:

  • Experience working in a cross-functional team with a variety of internal & external stakeholders, up to a senior management & C-suite level.
  • Strong understanding of the agile product development lifecycle including product strategy development, user story writing, requirements definition, backlog prioritisation, QA, release and iteration.
