Does this sound like you? A Data Platform or Engineering Manager looking for a new role within a fast-paced scale-up. Experienced in both leading and managing a centralised data team whilst working with key stakeholders to deliver huge value to a business.
What you’ll do:
- Lead our Data Platform team and be responsible for its overall success and value to the business.
- Drive the strategic evolution of the team and platform, ensuring they operate effectively to empower our business with data.
- Manage and mentor our team to build a centre of excellence and ensure all work is delivered to high technical and operational standards.
- This is a delivery-focused managerial role with some hands-on engineering to support when needed.
What you’ll bring:
- Experience building a centre of excellence and a highly capable data platform/engineering team.
- A strong natural ability to manage a complex landscape of senior stakeholders and projects.
- Excellent agile project management and delivery management skills.
- Solid experience designing and building a variety of complex and scalable data solutions.
- Passion to be a Data Champion and prominent figure within our data community.
