In this role you will participate in an Apprenticeship Programme, attending college and working within the operations team.
In this role you will contribute to solving the housing crisis by facilitating an efficient service for our customers through effective administrative support.
Your day‑to‑day tasks may include liaising with internal and external customers and planning works, to updating and maintaining systems accurately.
This apprenticeship runs for approximately 2 Years and during this time you will be working in our Bury St Edmunds office within the Planning and Support teams.
This apprenticeship course is hosted by West Suffolk College which you will be required to attend in person once a week.
Our ideal candidate would have the following
- GCSE English Level 4 (C) or above or equivalent.
- Inquisitive nature with a willingness to learn, listen, and ask questions.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed instructions.
- Competency in Microsoft applications.
- Desire to grow your career in Business Administration.
