Position: Executive Sushi Chef
Salary: $80,000 – $90,000 + quarterly bonus opportunities
Travel Requirement: This position requires travel to Omaha, Nebraska, for an initial 6-week training period.
The Role:
As the Executive Sushi Chef, you’ll collaborate with our Executive Chef and General Manager to create memorable guest experiences and a positive kitchen culture. You’ll lead BOH operations, focusing on quality, creativity, and operational excellence to bring our signature sushi experience to life.
