Join Bromford Flagship Group and help us solve the housing crisis! We’re looking for a Tenancy Management Coordinator to support our Housing Team in delivering an outstanding service to customers and creating communities people are proud to live in.
This is a full time role, working from our Riduna Park, Melton office Monday-Friday, 37 hrs per week.
What you will be doing:
- Provide administrative support to the Housing Team.
- Triage tenant queries, understanding their needs and circumstances.
- Make decisions and give advice to tenants where possible, reducing demand on Housing Officers.
- Escalate unresolved queries to the appropriate team with detailed information for quick resolution.
- Respond to tenants professionally and promptly, showing empathy in all communication.
- Keep accurate records of conversations and actions taken.
- Proactively develop knowledge ofము ho‑management and compliance with legislation and Flagship policies.
- Support your manager in delivering our vision: Housing Made Simple.
Our Ideal candidate will have:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to deliver complex messages in a clear, engaging way.
- Strong prioritisation skills and ability to manage changing priorities.
- Analytical skills to draw out relevant facts and make informed decisions.
- Educated to GCSE level or equivalent, or qualified by experience in a similar role.
