We are pleased to share an opportunity for someone to join us as a Senior Compliance Coordinator. This is a permanent job, working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday. This role is based from our King Street office in Norwich and comes with Agile Working.

As a Senior Compliance Coordinator, you will support the Asset Data Manager on the accurate and timely delivery of compliance data, leading on regular continuous improvement reviews of existing data and processes.

You will be responsible for informing the Compliance Delivery teams and the Repairs and Surveying team of their compliance programmes for the impending period, ensuring effective communication of data.

Leading on compliance intelligence and performance information supporting decision‑making and providing evidence for department and organisational business plans, you’ll manage a team of Compliance Coordinators and Administrators.

Applications are welcomed for the role of Senior Compliance Coordinator from those with a good knowledge and understanding of the affordable housing sector.

You will be knowledgeable about analysing data from a variety of sources and experienced in interpreting data to inform decisions with the ability to use a variety of IT systems and data packages, including but not limited to Excel, Word and Power BI.

You’ll need experience of managing a team and delegating tasks. Educated to degree standard or equivalent. You will also need to hold an Asset Management or Landlord Compliance Qualification or have equivalent experience.
