Are you passionate about creating beautiful, well-maintained outdoor spaces? Do you want to play a part in solving the housing crisis by making neighbourhoods greener and more welcoming? If so, we are pleased to share an opportunity for someone to join us as a Neighbourhood Gardener.

Working hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Location: Bury St Edmunds, Haverhill and Cambridge. This is a field-based role and will require travel to our customers and properties; a company vehicle and tolls will be provided.

As a Neighbourhood Gardener, you’ll be part of a customer-focused team dedicated to maintaining high standards in the places our customers call home. You’ll carry out a variety of grounds maintenance tasks, including:

  • Strimming, hedge cutting, and mowing (ride-on mowers)
  • Litter picking and spraying
  • Ensuring all equipment is used safely and responsibly

We’re seeking someone to join our team as a Neighbourhood Gardener with the following experience and skills:

  • Experience in the horticultural industry
  • Ability to operate grounds maintenance equipment
  • A full UK driving licence
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
  • Basic IT skills (Outlook, Teams)
