We are pleased to share an opportunity for someone to join us as an Aftercare Data Insight Coordinator. This is a permanent role, working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from our King Street office in Norwich with Agile Working.
Responsibilities
- Lead on the data requirements for the Aftercare Team to enable effective management of performance against key performance indicators and board objectives, while delivering outstanding customer service to customers living in a new build property.
- Regularly monitor the performance of developers, subcontractors and employers\\u2019 agents, providing insight to the Complaints Manager, Aftercare Team Leader, and Delivery Aftercare Manager to target areas of improvement and drive relentless performance across the Aftercare Team.
- Provide accurate, timely data in a suitable format and collaborate with the Complaints Manager to identify key learnings that improve home and service quality. Work with the Shared Ownership Income Officer and Legal Team to manage arrears in the shared ownership portfolio.
- Support the wider team with reporting/presenting software proficiency (including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and leverage data insights to inform decision making.
Qualifications
- Educated to GCSE standard or equivalent.
- Experience in a data/ reporting role and confidence in using reporting/presenting software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to present information in an easily understandable format; able to interpret data to advise the wider team on what it demonstrates.
- Full valid driving licence.
Salary and Benefits
Salary: Β£33,660.00 per annum
- 25 days annual leave (increasing to 28 days with length of service), with the ability to buy and sell leave.
