Due to some exciting changes to our service provision we're currently recruiting for multiple roles across multiple areas, including: NR, CO, CB, IP, postcodes and surrounding areas.
Hours: Full Time - 40 hpw Monday to Friday
Contract: Permanent + company van and tools
What You'll Be Doing
- You'll be responsible for carrying out high-quality servicing, maintenance, fault finding and repairs on heating systems across a range of homes.
- Working independently, you'll manage both planned and reactive work while ensuring compliance with all relevant safety regulations and industry standards.
Key responsibilities include:
- servicing, maintaining and repairing domestic heating systems.
- diagnosing faults and delivering effective first-time fixes.
- completing safety checks, certifications and accurate documentation.
- providing an excellent customer experience in every home you visit.
- participating in the on-call rota to support emergency repairs.
- managing vehicle stock, materials and equipment effectively.
- working safely in line with Gas Safe, OFTEC and company procedures.
What You'll Bring
- proven experience in heating and plumbing maintenance, servicing and repairs.
- current ACS and domestic gas qualifications including: CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, CPA1, HTR1, MET1, HWSS1 and CMDDA1.
- Water Regulations (WREG) qualification.
- full UK driving licence.
- strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
- excellent communication and customer service skills.
- the ability to work independently and manage your workload effectively.
