We’re excited to share a fantastic opportunity for someone to join our team as a Plasterer working in our Responsive Repairs Team!
In this role, you’ll be doing a variety of tasks, including preparing walls for damp injection works, full plaster works, patch repairs, skimming, coving, bonding, artexing, overboarding, rendering, basic painting and decorating, and basic carpentry. We aim to get things right the first time, ensuring we spend our time and money wisely while providing the best possible service to our tenants.
Location:Colchester (also covering Ipswich, Sudbury, Braintree and surrounding areas)
Working Hours: You’ll be working 40 hours a week, from 8am to 5pm Monday to Thursday, and 8am to 2:30pm on Fridays.

Our ideal candidate will have either a Full Trade Apprenticeship, NVQ Level 2 in the relevant trade, or a proven track record that reflects the appropriate trade experience. Since you’ll be interacting with tenants, good customer service and problem-solving skills are essential. You should also know how to respond to and escalate any safeguarding or emergency situations that might arise onsite. Your work will allocated via an electronic tablet, we do provide a level of training on how to use our systems however we do require you are comfortable using a smart device and have some basic Microsoft Office experience such as Outlook (Emails) and Teams.
