Are you passionate about supporting people experiencing anti-social behaviour or domestic abuse? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment? Can you bring empathy, organisation, and resilience to support vulnerable individuals? We’re looking for a Safe Communities Coordinator to join us at Bromford Flagship Livewest. As a Safe Communities Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in creating safer, more sustainable communities. You’ll often be the first point of contact for tenants, providing a compassionate, victim-focused response to reports of anti-social behaviour and safeguarding concerns.

Working closely with the Safe Communities team, you’ll support case management and administration, ensuring services are delivered in line with policy and high-quality standards.

Location: Any Flagship Office - Bury St Edmunds, Dereham, Melton, Norwich (Please note, regular travel to other Flagship Offices will be required for team meetings, collaboration days and joint working)

Hours: Full time - 37 hpw - Mon-Fri

Contract: Permanent

What You'll Be Doing

  • Act as the first point of contact for tenants and victims
  • Manage and triage reports of anti-social behaviour quickly and effectively
  • Complete risk assessments and accurately record incidents
  • Set up and support case management processes
  • Provide additional victim support and care where needed
  • Ensure safeguarding is considered and escape concerns appropriately
  • Assist with meetings, note-taking, and project work
  • Support community engagement activities and events
  • Work collaboratively across the team to deliver the right outcomes for tenants

What You'll Bring

  • Experience in a customer facing environment
  • Knowledge of Social Housing, particularly anti-social behaviour, domestic abuse, and safeguarding
  • Ability to build rapport with tenants
  • A qualification in ASB/Community Safety – or a willingness to work towards one
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Empathetic and patient when supporting vulnerable individuals
  • Confident in multi-tasking in a busy environment
  • Skilled in using Microsoft Office applications
  • Educated to GCSE level (or equivalent)
