We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Multi-Trade Roofer to join us here at Bromford Flagship Livewest. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in delivering high-quality solar PV installations and associated roofing works, helping to create safe, energy-efficient homes. Working both independently and as part of a wider team, you’ll support the installation of renewable technologies while maintaining the highest standards of workmanship, safety, and customer service.

Location: Field based role with Norwich office base

Hours: 40hpw (Mon-Fri 8am to 5pm)

Contract: Permanent + company van

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Installing solar PV panels and mounting systems on residential properties
  • Carrying out roofing works including preparation, repairs, and weatherproofing
  • Supporting installation of battery storage and other renewable systems
  • Delivering multi-trade tasks to ensure successful and efficient installations
  • Working from plans and drawings to complete installations accurately
  • Ensuring all work is completed safely, on time, and to a high standard
  • Maintaining excellent health & safety practices, particularly when working at height
  • Recording work, managing materials, and using digital systems effectively
  • Keeping properties clean, safe, and tidy after works are completed
  • Collaborating with colleagues to deliver outstanding service to customers

What You'll Bring:

  • Experience in roofing and understanding of roofing systems
  • Knowledge or experience of solar PV installation or renewable technologies
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and plans
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills on site
  • Good understanding of health & safety, particularly working at height
  • Commitment to professional development and maintaining relevant certification
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic IT skills for recording work and managing tasks
  • Full UK driving licence
