We have an exciting opportunity for a Property Condition Operative to be a vital part of maintaining the safety and functionality of our properties, being the first on site after a damp and mould report from our customers. You will be tackling damp and mould, in line with the new legal responsibilities under Awaab’s Law.

Location: Newmarket and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cleaning and treating mould
  • Advising customers on how to avoid damp and mould in the future
  • Conduct a basic property inspection to identify if further works are needed
  • Supporting other trades where needed
  • Providing excellent customer service

Minimum Essential Criteria:

  • Confident when communicating to others in a clear and reassuring manner
  • Excellent customer service, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Competent in Microsoft applications such as Outlook and Teams
  • Willingness to participate in the out-of-hours on-call rota
  • Full UK driving licence
