Neighbourhood Gardener

Are you passionate about creating beautiful, well-maintained outdoor spaces? Do you want to play a part in solving the housing crisis by making neighbourhoods greener and more welcoming? If so, we’d love to hear from you!

As a Neighbourhood Gardener, you’ll be part of a customer-focused team dedicated to maintaining high standards in the places our customers call home. You’ll carry out a variety of grounds maintenance tasks, including:

• Strimming, hedge cutting, and mowing (ride-on mowers)
• Litter picking and spraying
• Ensuring all equipment is used safely and responsibly

We’re seeking someone with:

• Experience in the horticultural industry
• Ability to operate grounds maintenance equipment
• A full UK driving licence
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Basic IT skills (Outlook, Teams)
• A proactive, team-oriented attitude

This is a full time role, working 37 hours, Monday-Friday and a company van is included.
