Are you committed to solving the housing crisis and creating thriving communities? Join us as a Neighbourhood Cleaner. You will play a vital role in maintaining clean, safe, and welcoming environments for our customers.

This is a permanent job, working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday (Work Pattern: M-T 6.30 – 14:30 F 6.30 – 14:00). This is a field-based role and will require travel to our customers and properties, on a specific patch within the Newtide Housing Association area. This area includes: Ipswich.

To join us as a Neighbourhood Cleaner we are looking for someone that meets the following criteria:

  • Experience in the cleaning industry.
  • A full UK driving license.
  • Ability to operate cleaning equipment.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic IT skills (Outlook, Teams).
  • A proactive, team-oriented attitude.

As a Neighbourhood Cleaner you’ll be part of a customer-focused team, ensuring communal areas and neighbourhoods are kept to a high standard through tasks such as:

  • Hoovering and mopping floors.
  • High and low-level dusting.
  • Litter picking.
  • General cleaning duties.

You’ll also be responsible for maintaining equipment and adhering to health and safety requirements. We live by our values and are passionate about making a difference.
