Do you always get to the root of the problem—even when it’s hidden behind pipes and panels? Can you keep things flowing smoothly, whether it’s tackling a leak or fitting a full system? And when pressure builds, do you stay calm and never let things… overflow? If that sounds like you, this could be the perfect role to tap into.
We’re looking for a skilled Plumber to join our Repairs & Voids team. You’ll play a key role in keeping our homes safe, functional, and comfortable—delivering high-quality repairs and maintenance that our customers can rely on. From fixing everyday leaks to carrying out full plumbing installations, you’ll ensure every job is completed efficiently, safely, and right first time (no dripping standards here).
What you’ll be doing:
- Carrying out a wide range of plumbing repairs and maintenance across occupied and void properties
- Installing, servicing, and repairing pipework, fittings, fixtures, and water systems
- Diagnosing faults and identifying the source of issues quickly and effectively
- Completing work such as tap replacements, leak repairs, isolating systems, and drainage fixes
- Supporting with void clearances, flood damage repairs, and damp and mould treatment
- Working with schedules of rates to assess jobs, cost materials, and plan work efficiently
- Using a company vehicle and tools to complete daily jobs
- Delivering excellent customer service while working in tenants’ homes
- Identifying and escalating safeguarding or emergency situations where required
What you'll bring:
- NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing (or equivalent experience)
- Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills—you know your valves from your vents
- Experience in repairs, maintenance, or housing environments
- Ability to problem-solve and work independently
- Good understanding of plumbing systems, materials, and safe working practices
- Confident using digital tools (Outlook, Teams, scheduling systems)
- Full UK driving licence
- Willingness to participate in an out-of-hours on-call rota
What we offer:
- Competitive salary and benefits
- Company van, tools, and PPE provided
- A supportive team environment where your expertise is valued
- A role where your work genuinely makes a difference every day
This is more than just a plumbing role—it’s your chance to build a steady, rewarding career where your skills keep homes running smoothly. Whether you’re fixing a persistent leak or installing a brand-new system, your work will always make an impact (and keep everything flowing as it should).
Important additional information:
- Closing date: 16th August 2026
- Interview date: TBC
- No agencies please.
