Role Description We are seeking a highly organised and experienced Contracts Manager to oversee the successful delivery of construction projects from drawings to handover. Reporting to the Senior Contracts Manager and Director, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, to a high standard, and in line with both client expectations and company objectives. This is a hybrid role, with weekly visits to project sites. Due to continued growth, Flagship Contracts Ltd has a strong pipeline of upcoming projects and is expanding its team accordingly. As a result, we are looking to appoint additional Contracts Managers to help us maintain our high standards of delivery as the business scales. Salary £50,000 - £60,000 depending on experience. Key Responsibilities Liaise closely with the Senior Contracts Manager and Director to ensure the smooth progression and handover of projects. Support the Senior Contracts Manager and Director with the pricing and documentation of projects. Ensure the correct materials are procured for each project in a timely manner. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teams. High level of organisation and attention to detail, with competence in using standard office and project management software. Conduct regular site visits to ensure projects remain on schedule to meet handover deadlines, provide the client with digital weekly reports. Lead and manage a team of employees and subcontractors, fostering a collaborative environment that consistently exceeds client and company expectations. Candidate Requirements Proven experience within the construction industry. Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to work. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a professional and approachable manner. Willingness to work flexible hours and travel extensively as required. Full UK driving license Valid CSCS card
