One of the UK’s largest independent Property Consultancies is actively recruiting Quantity Surveyors at all levels, from Assistant through to Senior, to be based in Cardiff. THE COMPANY My client is one of the leading Consultancies in the UK with a strong network of offices across the country as well as overseas. They have an excellent reputation in the market and are working on some of Wales’ most high‑profile developments. Projects range across both Public and Private sectors to suit the candidate’s preference. Individual projects include high‑profile Residential developments, Commercial fit‑out (Cat A) schemes, and large Hotels for blue‑chip clients. Project values can range from £5 million to multi‑billion‑pound developments. THE POSITION They are actively looking to recruit a number of individuals at Quantity Surveyor level, from Assistant through to Senior, to work on projects from inception through to completion, with responsibilities aligned to experience. The successful Quantity Surveyor will be given the opportunity to take full client ownership and work on projects across a wide range of sectors. Project values typically range from £1 million to £500 million. At more senior levels, the successful candidate will also have the opportunity to become involved in business development and client management, representing the company at networking events and client meetings across Wales.
