An independent and award-winning Property Consultancy is seeking a talented Quantity Surveyor to join their office in Margate.

The Role

As a Quantity Surveyor, you'll be responsible for managing projects from inception through to completion, building strong client relationships and delivering successful commercial outcomes.

The role would suit someone with experience working under JCT and/or NEC contracts who enjoys taking ownership of projects and wants to develop their career within a supportive consultancy environment.

Ideal Candidte

Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.

Ideally 3+ years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor, preferably within a consultancy/PQS environment.

Experience managing projects independently through multiple stages.

Confident communicator with strong client-facing skills.

MRICS qualified or currently working towards APC completion.
